Drive to Dubrovnik

On May 2 we drove from Prcanj, Montenegro to Dubrovnik, Croatia which is about a 2 hour drive with a short ferry ride from Lepetane to Kamenari across the channel entrance to the Bay of Kotor and a scenic drive to the half-way point of Herceg Novi. Then it was on to the Customs/Immigration stops at the  Montenegrin-Croatian border and before long you can see Dubrovnik in the distance from the scenic highway high above the sea.

We entered the main gate of the walled city and had lunch at the harborside Taverna Arsenal then walked the 2k city wall that circles the old town stopping here and there for views of the city and sea, photos, and a visit to the Pomorski muzej or Maritime Museum http://www.mdc.hr/dubrovnik/eng/pomorski/index.html
